The Package Acceptance Program

For years, readers have told me they wanted to participate in Natural Pursuits events but didn’t feel comfortable being naked around others. Some worried about weight. Some worried about scars. But the most common reason, by far, was penis size.

So I made something to help.

The Package Acceptance Program is a 6-week course designed to help queer men stop fixating on their size, interrupt negative self-talk, and start living with more confidence in their bodies and their sex lives.

You can start with the free 3-day intro here or explore the full program here. Both options give you tools to start shifting your relationship to your body.

What This Program Is

The Package Acceptance Program is a thorough, step-by-step process for changing your relationship with your body that’s based on tools that work—backed by research, shaped by community advice, and designed specifically for queer men.

The program pulls from multiple disciplines:

It’s not a one-note approach. It’s a layered, multidisciplinary framework built for people who’ve internalized shame over time—and need something more than a mantra to move past it.

What’s Inside the Program?

What You’ll Work On Each Week

Here’s how the program unfolds:

Week 1 — Break the “Bigger Is Better” Myth
Start by naming the cultural script that shaped your beliefs and begin separating facts from myths.

Week 2 — Learn Tools to Shift Negative Thoughts
Build simple mental habits that interrupt negative thoughts about yourself and create space for something new.

Week 3 — Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body
Practice reconnecting with sensation instead of self-judgment—especially during sex and intimacy.

Week 4 — Dating, Hookups, and Intimacy
Develop tools to feel grounded and confident when meeting new people.

Week 5 — Find People and Spaces Where You Feel Accepted
Rethink your comparison group, your dating patterns, and what you’re no longer willing to settle for.

Week 6 — Make Your Growth Stick
Create a personal plan to stay on track, navigate setbacks, and keep moving forward—without falling back into shame.

How This Program Came to Be

Once I learned that insecurity about penis size was THE factor holding people back, I created a survey trying to figure out how other people learned to accept their packages.

The responses poured in. I started to see patterns—things people had done that helped them shift how they felt, how they carried themselves, and how they thought about their place in the world. I wrote about it here. But it didn’t feel like enough. When someone reached out for help, I didn’t want to send a couple of blog links.

I looked for a resource to point them to. There wasn’t one. Not for queer men. Not even for straight men. Just a sea of toxic Reddit threads, overpriced supplements, scammy “solutions,” and a disturbing glimpse into incel culture.

So I made one.

I spent months studying how shame is treated—by therapists, by mindfulness practitioners, by people who work on deprogramming harmful cultural narratives. I took what worked, combined it with the advice from our community, and built something new.

It’s not a gimmick. And, it’s definitely not a quick fix. It’s a toolkit for shifting the way we think, feel, and live.

Two Ways to Get Started

There’s no pressure to jump all in.

You can start with the free 3-day Starter Package—a mini course that introduces some of the core concepts and gives you immediate tools to try. It works on its own or as a warm-up of the full program.

Or, if you’re curious about the full experience (including pricing), explore the full 6-week program here.
