This policy provides a straightforward process for models to request the removal of their photos or content from the PM Pursuits website.

Reporting a Photo Removal Request

Models may request the removal of their photos at any time by following these steps:

  1. Contact Information: Email admin@naturalpursuits.com with the subject line “Photo Removal Request.”
  2. Required Details: Include your full name and a description of the content you wish to have removed, such as links or screenshots.

Resolution Process

Appeal Clause (Required for Compliance)

If there is any dispute regarding the removal process, individuals may appeal the decision by submitting additional information for review. Appeals will be handled through a neutral review process, and outcomes will be final.

Transparency

All photo removal requests will be documented in the “Complaints or Takedown Requests” section of the monthly Transparency Report submitted to Humboldt Merchant Services. 


Section 2: General Complaint Policy 

Purpose

This policy addresses concerns from external parties about the legality, standards compliance, or appropriateness of content hosted on the PM Pursuits platform.

To report concerns, follow these steps:
