Models may request the removal of their photos at any time by following these steps:
- Contact Information: Email admin@naturalpursuits.com with the subject line “Photo Removal Request.”
- Required Details: Include your full name and a description of the content you wish to have removed, such as links or screenshots.
Resolution Process
- Action Timeline: All removal requests will be reviewed, processed, and resolved within seven (7) business days.
- Notification: You will receive confirmation once the content has been removed.
Appeal Clause (Required for Compliance)
If there is any dispute regarding the removal process, individuals may appeal the decision by submitting additional information for review. Appeals will be handled through a neutral review process, and outcomes will be final.
Transparency
All photo removal requests will be documented in the “Complaints or Takedown Requests” section of the monthly Transparency Report submitted to Humboldt Merchant Services.

This policy addresses concerns from external parties about the legality, standards compliance, or appropriateness of content hosted on the PM Pursuits platform.
Reporting a Complaint
To report concerns, follow these steps:

- The date of the incident.
- Links or screenshots of the content in question.
Resolution Process
1. Acknowledgment
Complaints will be acknowledged within one (1) business day.
2. Investigation Timeline:
- Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.
- If content is deemed illegal or non-compliant, it will be removed immediately.
3. Notification
The complainant will be informed of the resolution.
Appeal Process
If the complainant disagrees with the resolution, they may appeal by providing additional information:
- Appeals will be reviewed through a neutral process, and decisions will be binding.
Transparency
