Reservations, Deposit and Final Payment Requirement
The Trip descriptions, prices and booking conditions are accurate and published in good faith. However, due to currency fluctuations, rising costs and changing travel conditions, Natural Pursuits reserves the right to modify the price and itinerary. Changing conditions in the field may also necessitate itinerary modifications after the trip has departed. Remember that this is an adventure and that accommodation, land travel, etc. in foreign countries may not be exactly as outlined.
The easiest way to make a reservation is to contact us by telephone. I prefer to have personal contact with participants in order to determine the best trip for your level of fitness and your personal goals. Once that is determined you can fill in the reservation form on our website. A per-person deposit that covers airfare and 50% of the trip is payable at the time of booking. Early enrolment is encouraged as group size is limited and some trips require greater preparation time.
Once we have received your deposit, we will confirm your space and send out a confirmation package containing your trip itinerary; any visa/travel permit related documents; insurance information; invoice; clothing and equipment recommendations; general information on your destination, and signature forms for you to complete and return to us. Your air tickets, final trip itinerary, baggage tags, will be sent out approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure.
We accept VISA and MasterCard for deposits and final payments. Your verbal authorization to take payment confirms your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and your reservation.
